Secure Your Package
Place the jewellery in its original presentation box and pack it securely inside a shipping carton, including all original certificates and documentation.
Ship with Tracking
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master jewellers verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
